‘Concourse’ in Oran Park will consist of 68 new homes.

Villa World are set to unveil their new development “Concourse”, with the homes to be rolled out in three stages.

A range of there and four bedroom properties will be on offer, with prices starting from $665,000.

Villa World Managing Director and CEO Craig Treasure said that the new development was an opportunity for buyers to break into the market.

“We think this will be embraced by purchasers seeking an affordable, quality home in Oran Park,” he said.

Each home will have open plan living spaces that flow through to a covered patio and modern kitchen. Ducted airconditioning, a lockup garage and full landscaping are also included.

Oran Park Town is serviced by public transport, schools and other amenities. It is just a short drive from Leppington Train Station and has a shopping centre, community facilities and parkland.

Peter Coulton of Savills Residential Projects said that even though it was early, interest was high.

“We have had strong buyer interest from both owner occupiers and investors alike,” he said.

The display suite will open on April 1 and is situated on the corner of Hinton Loop and Kingsley St, Oran Park Town.
