M25 at Sherwood apartments are proving popular with six selling in just one day.

With construction now underway, the six-storey development is set to replicate the developers sold-out project at a neighbouring site called 9SW.

Lachlan Lacey of Lacey Developments said M25 had a similar design and layout to its popular 9SW development but with higher specifications.

“The quality of the apartments is reflected in the exposed brick interior, timber flooring, stone benchtops, high ceilings and broad windows,” Mr Lacey said.

Lacey Developments has $30 million worth of work in the pipeline but for the time being they are focusing on the Sherwood area just 9km’s from the CBD.

The developer is also the builder of M25, giving buyers the advantage of efficiencies in design and delivery, cost effectiveness and a singular vision.

DUKE Realty director Sam Patterson said M25’s address was a huge lure for both owner-occupiers and investors.

Mr Patterson recorded six M25 apartment sales in the first weekend of its launch.

“For buyers who missed out on 9SW, this is their opportunity to secure just as great a product in a fantastic location,” he said.

“Sherwood is one of Brisbane’s more established and beautiful suburbs on the Brisbane River.
