Australia's largest air conditioning manufacturer and distributor Seeley International has agreed terms on a new lease over an office/warehouse facility at Noble Park in Melbourne’s south-east in deal brokered by Savills Associate Director Daniel Kelly with Mark Spigelman from Lawson Real Estate.

Seeley has taken a five year lease at a rental believed to be around $160,000 per annum at the newly refurbished, 480 Princes Highway, property which will become the firm’s new Melbourne headquarters.

The property comprises a 1764 square metre, two level, high office component facility on a 4800 square metre site with substantial rear hardstand, 60 car spaces and highway frontage.

Mr Kelly said the facility suited Seeley’s requirements for a property which provided increased space to cater for business growth and the capacity for further expansion in an excellent location with exceptional exposure.

"The property ticked all the boxes for Seeley with the bonus that the space has virtually been refurbished to new condition offering one of the best facilities of its type in this region," Mr Kelly said.

He said Seeley would relocate from its current home at Scoresby.

The lessor was a private Melbourne investor.
