Savills has welcomed two new experienced Executives to their Queensland Industrial & Business Services division in Sean O’Connor and Jack Perrins.

Sean and Jack join the now seven-strong team, lead by State Director, Callum Stenson and will increase Savills Queensland’s industrial capability in the north, specialising in the sale and lease of industrial assets on Brisbane’s Northside.

Prior to Savills, both gentlemen worked as Industrial Sales and Leasing Agents at Blue Commercial, with Sean’s focus, the Port of Brisbane, while Jack’s was the Northside.

Sean possesses three years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, while Jack began his property career in 2015 at Colliers International where he worked as a Graduate in their Industrial team. He later joined Blue Commercial in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Business Management, with a major in Real Estate Development from the University of Queensland.
