Savills Peter Capps and Jason O’Meara have negotiated the sale of 16 Avian Street in Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast to Customline Rv’s for $425,000, signifying Savills fourth transaction on Avian Street in a 12 month period.

Customline Rv’s owner, a carpenter by trade, began building custom caravans and campers approximately six years ago and purchased the standalone industrial facility from Pontoons by Design in order to relocate from a smaller strata facility, also in Kunda Park.

16 Avian Street sits on a 620sq m site with secure fencing and has a net lettable area of around 264sq m which comprises approximately 240sq m of warehouse and 24sq m of mezzanine air-conditioned office.

The asset features a gantry crane, dual roller shutters with dual cross ventilation shutters, a lunch room, shower and toilet amenities, 3 phase power supply and drop down power sockets.

Savills Sunshine Coast Sales and Leasing Executive, Peter Capps said 16 Avian Street appealed to the new owner-occupier as they could utilise the hardstand and increase the capacity of their business.

Mr Capps said “Avian Street is popular amongst investors and owner-occupiers due to its prominent position within the Kunda Park estate. The street also has a long history of being extremely safe and quiet.”
