Osborne Park-based BGC Contracting has been chosen to deliver the main civil construction work on part of a $4.4 billion highway upgrade project in NSW.

BGC said this morning it would work on a 13-kilometre section of the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway upgrade for the NSW government.

BGC will provide bulk earthwork, road and pavement construction, and bridge work and finishing work under the contract, with operations to begin from next month.
