These are the suburbs where if you take too long to make up your mind you could miss out.

New figures from CoreLogic reveal houses in these suburbs sell faster than any other, with six suburbs having an average selling time of 14 days or less.

The fastest selling suburb within the greater Brisbane area is Brendale, where the median house price is still an affordable $461,000 and it takes, on average, just nine days to find a buyer.

According to the latest Census data only 14.5 per cent of properties in the suburb are houses. With so few houses available, demand can be strong when something new is listed.

Seventeen Mile Rocks is also a strong seller with an average 12 days on market before a sale. The suburb has a median house price of $728,000.

Four suburbs, Wishart, Brighton, Jindalee and Ferny Hills all recorded an average time on market of 14 days.
