Australian property and credit fund manager, Skybound Fidelis Investment Group, swooped on the property located within the booming Sunshine Coast Industrial Park located at 87-101 Fred Chaplin Circuit in Bells Creek.

State Director of Savills, Scott Gardiner, was the exclusive marketing agent on the deal, stating that it was a privilege to sell such a quality industrial investment.

“The successful sale reflected a yield of approximately 6.8 percent. At the start of the campaign it was widely speculated that this could not be achieved, so we are very pleased with the final result,” Mr Gardiner said.

The brand new industrial facility is situated on a 12,160sq m corner allotment, and is fully leased to a high-end manufacturing business on a 10 year contract due to expire in 2028.

ABC Manufacturing Pty Ltd occupy the premises, which consists of 6,772sq m of warehouse space, a 253sq m ground floor office, 303sq m first floor office, and a 59sq m storeroom.

The warehouse also features mezzanine levels on the north and south side of the building of 304sq m and 242sq m respectively.

The property is located approximately 3km from the soon to be completed $812.95 million intersection upgrade at Caloundra Road and the Bruce Highway.

Skybound Fidelis Investment Group are part of the multinational Skybound Capital Group – a global wealth management business.
