Industrial Sales and Leasing Executive Jack Barrett of Savills negotiated the lease at 8 Murdoch Circuit to Bravo Manufacturing. Industry sources speculate that the lease was secured at a rate of $90/sq m net.

“Bravo Manufacturing required a property close to their existing location with enough space to allow for the future growth of the company.

“The property was in close proximity and the design perfectly suited their current and near future needs,” Mr Barrett said.

The tilt panel facility features 407sq m of quality office space over two levels, plus a further 2,081sq m of warehouse space with a clearance height of 7.5 metres.
