JSI Telecom expand in Mascot

JSI Telecom has leased a 499sq m office at Part Level 5, 241 O’Riordan Street, Mascot from a private owner paying $450 per square metre under a 5 year lease. 

The annual rental income is $224,550 net in the A Grade premium office building, which is walking distance from Sydney Airport and Mascot train station.

The deal was negotiated by Edward Washer and Sam Wallace of Savills Industrial & Logistics who said JSI Telecom needed a larger premises due to company expansion.
