Israel Folau has enjoyed a massive real estate windfall.

Israel Folau has again juggled his cross-border property portfolio.

The latest sale recouped $562,000 for the former NRL star when his four-bedroom home at Kallangur, in the Moreton Bay region, was sold.

Bought in 2010 for $159,000, it sold after 26 days through LJ Hooker Kallangur.

That’s around three-and-a-half times what the former NRL, AFL and rugby union star paid for it, 12 years ago.

“This quality built home has A1 presentation throughout and is a great opportunity for the astute buyer that has a keen eye for value,” the listing read.

Its sale followed his $1.28 million purchase in February of a four-bedroom house at New Beith, near Logan in Queensland.

Folau sold it for 3.5x what he paid for it.

In May, Folau sold his last property in NSW, with his Kenthurst estate fetching $3.825 million.

Folau and his wife Maria, a former netball star, retain a 4ha estate at Pullenvale, west of Brisbane.

It was bought early last year for $1.5 million.

Folau and wife, Maria sold their $3.8m Kenthurst estate in May.
