The Southern Highlands estate Greyladyes Farm secured a quick sale for veteran property developer Andrew Richardson and his wife, Lauren Peters.
The Peter Stronach-designed Mittagong home has been refreshed since last selling for $6.3m in 2020, just as the market was taking off with the push to lifestyle regions during the pandemic.

Richardson, who built Sheraton on the Park, on Elizabeth St, in the early 1990s, had listed his retreat with a $15m guide in early December.
The word is that he took $13m for the home, set on the north side of Mt Gibraltar, minutes from Bowral and Mittagong.

It had been upgraded since being bought for $6.3m in early 2020.
The house had been designed for Michele Arnott-Scamps and Dale Goodman, amid its native garden landscaping by Nicholas Bray.
