“It generated a tremendous amount of interest. This particular client acted before a few interstate clients could come over. Although, there wasn’t a functioning business, the potential that everyone saw (in the property) was unlimited,” Mr Giordano said.

“It has been bought by a well-known and well-respected hotelier from SA. It will reopen with a commercial venture. There will be accommodation but it won’t run as a very niche, high-end restaurant that ran and closed in 2019,” he said.
