Owners Victoria Polasek and husband Sean Basset run a company that manages different artists and have their own gallery.
The pair are artists themselves, having put their artistic flair and keen eye into the creation of their “unique” property.
Ms Polasek said that even without their art in the house, the home was created to make the most of nature and the views.

The main ‘Stone House’ resembles a gallery with high timber ceilings and large windows, allowing owners to overlook the large pool and surrounding nature.

“It’s not a standard home design but it works for us,” Ms Polasek said.

“Because we’re in the country every area is so private, no one is looking at you but you can enjoy beautiful views and animal life,”
The second dwelling, ‘Creek House’ situated with a waterfall and swimming hole only metres away.
Ms Polasek said the homes are far enough away from each other that there would be no impeding on privacy.
Creek house is a cottage style house among nature with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Possum Creek and Willowvale Creek connect and wind their way through the property, creating the ultimate tranquil space for owners and guests.
Ms Polasek said after walking on the property one day, while admiring the views they decided to build the second dwelling on the property.
“We were on the top of the hill and we thought, this would be a nice place for a house, so that’s why we built Creek House,” she said.

After 12 years of living on the property, Ms Polasek said she and her husband are ready to downgrade to something smaller and spend some time travelling the world.
Often seeing birdlife, echidnas and wallabies, she said although the property and house is big it is low maintenance and “you won’t find anything like it.”
The property sits on 22 acres of land.
The house is built with interesting repurposed materials including timber beams that have come from old bridges.
“You don’t see timber that big anymore,” Ms Polasek said.
Also built from convict stone from a demolished building in Sydney, that has been hand cut from a time before machinery existed.

Outside, the property features a large swimming pool, a Japanese observatory treehouse, a fire pit and a unique moon gate.
The home also has 100 solar panels and spring water from the creek, keeping the nature inspired home eco-friendly.
Breezeways that double as galleries connect the house which features a large cinema room. There are five bedrooms, multiple living spaces and five bathrooms in Stone House.

The couple have a gallery and represent artists.
“You can have space away by yourself or have a home office, there’s so many different spaces in the home you can really make it your own,” Ms Polasek said.
