Located in the 'Hollywood Hills' of Byron Bay, otherwise known as Coopers Shoot, an impressive 13.88 acre property dubbed Hercules is up for grabs.

It’s rare for a property of this calibre to come up for sale in the Byron Bay region according to selling agent Nick Dunn from McGrath, which explains why interest has come from all corners of the world.

“We’ve had an incredible response so far with the buyers coming from the international market, locals and Financial Review Rich Listers. The sale price will break records,” said Mr Dunn.

The last record sale in the area was ‘The Range’ which was owned by the Oroton family and sold for a reported $37 million. It has since relaunched as exclusive accommodation under the name Damia.

The property located at 59 Coopers Shoot Road is the largest pocket of flat land along a scenic escarpment in the Byron Shire. It’s made up of several estates including two residences, a self-contained studio, and three commercial spaces suitable for conferences and film/TV recording.

There is also a floodlit tennis court and an outdoor entertaining area complete with an infinity pool to make it the perfect summer retreat for hosting guests.

Inside, a full chef’s kitchen fitted with Miele appliances adjoins the main living area. There’s also a recording studio and gym within the home while upstairs, there are two master bedrooms and two large bedrooms, each designed with their own with walk-in robes and ensuites.

Down the path is the second dwelling called ‘Yellow House’ which provides just as much luxury as the main residence. Set across two levels, this dwelling offers multiple living spaces, a chef's kitchen, a spacious office, gym, steam room, and a sunlit 15m heated pool.

One master suite is located upstairs and one downstairs, along with three additional bedrooms throughout the home.

If that’s not enough property to play with, there’s also a 100-square metre state-of-the-art film and recording studio with makeup room, a self-contained studio, a conference centre, office dwelling and a cottage.

The scale of the property means there’s a range of outdoor amenities including rainforest gardens, a dam, a citrus orchard and two observation decks.

“Hercules is the most spectacular property I have had the pleasure of representing in the Hinterland," Mr Dunn said.

"The size of the property, the features, and the incredible views will without doubt take your breath away."
