Add CategoryAdrian “Ace” Buchan and his wife, Beck Jacobs Buchan have listed their Avoca Beach home on the NSW Central Coast.
Buchan, the pro-surfer, brand ambassador, is one of the longest-serving athletes on the Surfing World Tour with 16 years on tour.
He was born in Pearl Beach and joined the Avoca Board Riders Club as a teenager.
The four bedroom, three bathroom Warren Avenue listing was his the first home.

“I grew up dreaming of owning a house on Warren Avenue, one of Avoca Beach’s most desirable streets. I was lucky enough to buy this house in 2007,” he said.

“We spend a lot of time on the road but it’s always nice to come home for the summers.
“We’ve done quite a lot to the house. We’ve landscaped the gardens, installed a new kitchen and bathrooms and renovated the entire downstairs.”

“It’s a surfer’s dream,” Buchan said.

“We love watching the ocean and surf conditions while we’re eating our breakfast. Full moons rising over the ocean are beautiful and sunsets over the lake are too.
“The backyard is great for entertaining and for the kids.”
The family, with their three children, plan to stay close to the surf in their next move.

The two storey brick Warren Avenue house, only 500m to the sand on its 815 sqm block, has been listed through McGrath Avoca Beach agents Steve Nixon and Terence Dickinson.
They have offered an initial $3.1 million guidance.
The agency sold another Warren Avenue house at a record $7.25 million last December.
