A new northshore development has laid claims to Sydney’s most stunning pool.

Situated in Greenwich, the rooftop infinity pool and views at the Akoya are reminiscent of some of the best and most incredible pools in the world, such as that at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

And it shows what buyers now expect in their new homes in the Harbour City.

Pricing for the apartments ranges from $1.45m to $5.5m.

Situated at 2 Greenwich Rd, Greenwich, the development known as Akoya is spruiking ‘world-class residences with five star amenities’.

The apartment complex and or course the pool deck boasts sweeping views across Sydney including the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city skyline.

And with that pool comes luxury sports-club like facilities.

According to Alceon development director Todd Campling, the top-end finishes and luxury amenities included in the apartment complex make it a rarity in Sydney.

“Most buyers have been attracted to the uniqueness of the project,” he said.

The pool and the amenities within the building was the vision of Principal Architect Enrique Blancodecordova and Development Director Todd Campling, aiming to create a landmark on Sydney’s north shore.

The Akoya development is exclusively for buyers over 55.

“The project is 75 per cent sold out, “ Mr Campling said.
