Lite n’ Easy founder Graham Mitchell has found a $1.85m buyer for Canary Island, his Terara estate.

The 6.16 hectare holding has a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage and a one-bedroom studio.

Graham Mitchell has sold this Terara cottage.


Mitchell, who gives Banyo in Queensland as his home address, purchased it for $1.45m in 2014.

There were 2200 views on realestate.com.au during its marketing through Nathan Gair and Roirda Harper of Ray White.

It was marketed as the largest advanced Canary Island Date Palm tree plantation on the east coast of Australia.

There are also Kentia and Windmill palms.

The home was sold for $1.85m
